I hired Rachel to create a website for my books. She took her time and walked me through the process, step by step. I told her what I thought I wanted, she listened patiently, asked important questions, took the time to read my work to get a better feel for what I might want and need and then she went to work. What she created far exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for more. This was a few years ago and even today, it looks better than most I find. Since the website went up, she’s made herself available for updates. I never feel abandoned by her.
